Enough for 1 rack of pork spareribs or 2 pounds of chicken.
Mop Sauce:
1 can (12oz) tomato paste
1/2 cup blackstrap molasses
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup apple cider vinegar
Plenty for all your BBQ needs for several weeks. Will keep that long, too.
Chicken marinade:
2 cups lemon juice
2 cups soy sauce
1 head garlic, peeled and crushed
2 lemons
Mix first three ingredients together, slice lemons, squeeze into mix and throw them on in. Add 2lbs chicken and marinate for at least three hours, preferably overnight.
